Jake from Dalton Plumbing was very nice, went over everything and completed my job in good time. I also signed up for their customer membership for yearly added benefits. I am so glad I called Dalton.
UPDATE: I'VE JUST HAD MY 2ND APPOINTMENT FOR MY A/C CHECKUP. JOSH WAS INCREDIBLY HELPFUL IN RESETTING THE AIR CONDITIONER! HE PROCEEDED TO CLEAN THE OUTSIDE PORTION OF THE A/C. (SORRY, I DON'T KNOW WHAT IT'S CALLED!) BUT ITS VERY IMPORTANT TO THE PROPER WORKING OF THE SYSTEM!

I've had excellent service from this company! I would highly recommend them! Also, consider opting in for the service contract. It's a valuable option for me. My first appointment was just completed for my furnace check up! I'm not able to do it on my own anymore, so I very much appreciate their assistance!!
Jacob was very helpful with the air conditioning check up. He explained what he was doing, what he was all testing and what the parts do, and suggesting what to check/change out
He was informative, pleasant, easy to have a conversation with.
