Called and spoke to Lori, she sent Seth right out. He went down in the dungeon, a.k.a. my crawlspace and fied the sump pump very quickly. (didn't even scream like a girl when he saw the spiders and the dead mice.) Gets extra points for that! I'm very happy with the service.
Brad was absolutely incredible and so helpful- he truly went above and beyond. So appreciative of his work.
We had an issue with our AC during a really hot weekend. We called one company on Friday, but they couldn't tell us when they'd even be able to come out. On Saturday night around 7 PM, we called Dalton, and by 9 PM that same night, a technician was at our door.
From the start, Dalton was incredibly professional. I received a text with the technician's name, a short bio, and even a tracking link so I knew exactly when they'd arrive. Landon was the technician who came out, and he was great—greeted me by name and shook my hand. He was also with another technician (whose name I unfortunately can't remember), but both of them were professional, courteous, and efficient.
Landon reset our thermostat, checked the whole system to make sure everything was running properly, and gave us helpful recommendations to cool our house more efficiently and save on energy costs. On top of that, Dalton had the most affordable pricing we found, especially for an after-hours emergency visit.
We're so grateful for the fast response and outstanding service. We'll definitely use Dalton again and highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC help.
Devin did an outstanding job. He was on time, answered all of questions and very professional. I would highly recommend the Dalton team for any work that needs to be done in your home.

I appreciate honesty and great customer service. That is what I received. Jake Gifford was authentic and experienced. ???? I was given an estimate before the work began. It was more than we expected but we couldn't do it on our own, so I signed for the work and 30 minutes later our drain was cleared.
Dakota H was super friendly and explained everything thoroughly. He answered my questions. He shared with me an option for purchasing a dehumidifier to help with humidity in the house. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you!
