The technician went above and beyond. Dakota thoroughly inspected my fireplace and gave me confidence that all is working well. He also did some research to see if the glass panel on my fireplace that has some chipped paint could be replaced. He was careful and courteous. I can't say enough about his professionalism.
Zach was excellent, coming as an emergency visit on Sunday.
No charge for this visit because they had been here two days earlier for the same thing, but did not thoroughly correct the problem, so had to have them come back on emergency visit to clean our sewer line out because it flooded the basement despite being here two days earlier. I appreciated them no charging and taking responsibility for an inadequate job the first time around. Overall would highly recommend Daltons.

Dakota was wonderful on our first maintenance inspection. He spent a couple hours deep cleaning our furnace and AC, explained some nuances with the equipment to help with winter, and checked out and gave quotes for some other projects we were looking at around the house.

Dakota was very helpful: answered my questions; gave options about things I could do for a slow drain; and made recommendations on some additional Dalton services, with great clarity about the benefits and pricing. He even changed the batteries in the smoke detectors that I could not reach!
Furnace repair was needed and Daltons was able to respond even more quickly than anticipated. HVAC specialist, Brad Pieper arrived and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. Being a service club member kept the cast reasonable. Brad was patient with our visiting dog and always friendly
Had air conditioner issue and called Dalton based on a recommendation. They were here fast, fixed my issue quickly, and the rep was friendly and professional. They're now in my contacts as my goto for any issue that falls under their umbrella. Highly recommend!
Jordan was amazing! On time (actually, a few minutes ahead of schedule) and very polite and helpful in quickly diagnosising the problem with our AC. Very informative and clearly communicated the issue. He helped me get new filters ordered and answered all my questions. Thanks for a great customer experience, Jordan!
