William did a very good job cleaning and inspecting our gas fireplace. He was knowledgeable , friendly and careful in keeping the area clean and protected around where he worked.

Five Star for the technician, every time I've had a technician from Dalton they have been efficient always know what they're doing and very kind and polite. Four star for the cost they're a little on the pricey side compared to others. But I will continue to use Dalton because I know whoever kind walks into my house is somebody I can trust
They kept me posted on the work necessary to fix a problem on a hot 97 degree day came same day
They have also completed a annual inspection of my home and all my equipment
