I called for a non emergency and the tech was here next day. We knew we were going to need a new hvac system soon and the hvac person was called and came right over.
He provided the information we needed and we decided to get a new system. They are going to replace system in 4 days. I highly recommend Dalton Plumbing

I woke up to a chilly house this morning. Not sure why, but I adjusted the heat last night to 68° and it was 59° in my house this morning. Josh took a look at the thermostat and then went downstairs. It was a fluke with the system. The error message was not in their system but Josh got the furnace working again in no time.
Landon was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. When he was unsure if something was correct he reached out to a team member so he did the job right.
