I woke up to a chilly house this morning. Not sure why, but I adjusted the heat last night to 68° and it was 59° in my house this morning. Josh took a look at the thermostat and then went downstairs. It was a fluke with the system. The error message was not in their system but Josh got the furnace working again in no time.
Landon was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. When he was unsure if something was correct he reached out to a team member so he did the job right.

I have had a maintenance contract with Dalton for several years. My technician today was Brad, who has been here before and always does an excellent job, completes the work quickly and thoroughly and takes the time to explain his service and the condition and operation of my furnace. I appreciate the good work and would recommend Dalton.

In my haste I failed to provide any comments. Dalton PHC was great to work with. The technician Amanda conducted the inspection and some cleaning of the heater.
I noticed an issue later that evening and Amanda returned on Monday to resolve the problem.
