William is fantastic! He fixed our AC last year when it went out on what felt like the hottest day of the year. He completed the job quickly and professionally, and we haven't had any issues since. Today, he came back out for a routine maintenance inspection and was just as thorough, courteous, and knowledgeable as before. He explained everything clearly and made sure everything was running smoothly. We really appreciate his consistent, high-quality service! Definitely someone you can trust with your AC needs!
Connor was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Checked to make sure furnace, ac, and electrical were in working order. Even cleaned the dryer vent. Highly recommend.

I have had nothing but excellent experiences with Dalton, from the way they gave me options to repair or replace my HVAC (I replaced, they were extremely low-pressure on their sale), being part of their maintenance program, or this visit, when they wrestled a new spigot onto the plumbing that the previous owner had *improved* from the original 1950s pipes!
