Great service and very friendly.
Dakota did a great job. I especially appreciate the way he explained what he was doing during the maintenance visit. Also he tested an AC capacitor and found it to have a risk of failing. He showed me the old part and that thing looked bad, so Dakota probably saved us an AC outage and further damage to our aging system. The maintenance plan is proving to be a great value with all the things it covered with Dakota's visit.
Came home from work and my a/c was not working. Called and they sent a technician over right away. Brad was able to diagnose the problem and get it fixed quickly. He had it up and running in a short amount of time. He went through everything with me and was patient when I had questions. He was able to answer my questions and was easy to talk to. I highly recommend them. They do great work and their technicians are very knowledgeable.Thank you Brad!! And thank you Dalton!

Brad was awesome. We called around 12:30pm and he was there within 2 hours. Fast, knowledgeable, and direct. Got out extremely old unit back up and running and gave education on what we need to be thinking about in the near future for further replacement. Gave options and honest advice.
Our AC went out during a weekend that was during a heat advisory. The owner, Billy, came out on Sunday evening to take a look at it. It took him no time at all to find the problem and fixed it really quickly! I am forever grateful for him and Dalton's. Our house is already feeling cooler! The service was great and when a company comes out late on a Sunday to help you out that is amazing! I would highly recommend Daltons!
