Was well taken care of. Was offered multiple ways about getting my sewer line cleaned out before Brock attempted to do so, due to what could be going on. Brock allowed me to watch the video feed from the camera which made me feel better so I could see for myself what was going on. I unfortunately saw the bad news that I needed my sewer line replaced. He also informed me what my next option would be for replacing my line. I diffently would recommend Daltons for your plumbing, heating, and cooling. Their service is outstanding.

Dalton installed a new AC system in one afternoon recently and I am so impressed with their service! From Andy who sold me the system, answering all of my annoying questions so I would understand my investment fully, to the installation team led by Casey who worked diligently, quickly and quietly. The install team had a plan and executed it flawlessly. After fully testing all functionality, Casey walked through the system with me explaining in detail what they did, and they finished with an efficient clean up of their work areas inside and out. I highly recommend their service and I will certainly use Dalton in the future.
9/2/2024- I had a new water softener put in by Jack and I was very satisfied with his service. He explained my options well and his service was awesome.
10/2/2014- Brad came and checked my furnace as part of my comfort care membership and he was very thorough and explained his readings to me in a way I could understand. Continued great service from Dalton!!

Our 25-year-old gas fireplace needed a new gas valve, and our service technician Brad did an excellent job in installing the new valve. This required a lot of creative thinking, since the design of the new valve assembly was not identical to the original. He took the time needed to complete the job, and we are very pleased that we could rely on his expertise. (We should add that it was Brad who detected a gas leak in the valve during an annual inspection, so we are very grateful for that as well.)

We are long-time Dalton PHC customers, and this is an example of the kind of service we hope for.

We give Brad high marks for getting our gas fireplace back in operation.

An update: we just had our pre-summer service of our geothermal system. Our technician was Andy, who had not worked on the system previously. We listened patiently as I discussed the recent service history of the system and some of the limitations of our zoning pattern. Fortunately, the system was working fine, and we appreciated having Andy go over his findings with us. He was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. We were thoroughly satisfied with this service call.

It's reassuring to know that Dalton PHC has Andy on its staff.

Update: Andy recently did our Fall 2024 geothermal and gas fireplace maintenance check, and we were again extremely pleased with his work. We have great confidence in him and were pleased that it was easy to schedule his visit.
