I called at 8am and Jake was here by 9:45am! Jake was very professional and has a chill demeanor. He was confident in what he thought the problem was before he even started the work, and he was right, which saved us a lot of money. He was very thorough and checked everything else that could have also caused our toilet to leak into the basement. He was able to answer all my questions and address my concerns.
I had a pickle of an AC problem. Brock, Scott and Andy were adamant in locating the problem and made the repair. They were courteous and very professional at all times. I received a call from the manager and then from Billy making sure things were being handled. Daltons takes care of all my repairs and maintenances. I wouldn't go any other place!

We highly recommend Dalton Plumbing & Heating for HVAC systems! All Dalton personnel with which we interfaced were very knowledgeable and professional. The technicians took great pride in their product and workmanship. We installed a heat pump with back up gas furnace in case of extreme cold temps. We added an electronic air cleaner, a replacement Aprilaire and a new thermostat. The equipment is very quiet inside and out. Thank you Dalton!
