Dalton does not disappoint. I have had 3 different technicians show up to work here and they all have been wonderful technicians to deal with.
Called Dalton PHCEF. My dryer vent needed cleaned, was taking too long to dry clothes. About an hour after calling Justin arrived. He had to try to figure out how he was going to safely get to my vent on the roof. Had to phone for a second ladder to be dropped off. I needed to leave for appointment while he was on roof. He finished job, locked up my home when he left. Thank you for being so trustworthy, friendly, hard working and professional.

Dalton provided great service. William, the technician who came to my home to service my A/C, was punctual, very knowledgeable, informative, and pleasant to work with. He went the extra mile when I shared a concern regarding my water heater, trouble shooting the issue before leaving.
The service went well as usual. I appreciate the work of your technicians who make the Spring maintenance call each year. However, it took me a few days after the call to figure out the furnace was not running. The "kill switch" if that is what it is called, was not turned back on. When it was "flipped" back on, it immediately turned on and has been running fine ever since. Leo.

I just moved into my house. I had a number of outlets to be converted from two to three prong as well as GFC outlets. With in a few hours, it was all done. Professional, timely, friendly!
