The in-floor heating for our home entry and half bath quit working, with the thermostat controller showing GFCI interrupts. I was able to schedule an appointment with Dalton easily online. The technician showed up on time, diagnosed the issue, and ordered a replacement thermostat. They contacted me when they received the new part, installed it the same day, and we have heated floors, again.

Excellent service. Very knowledgeable. I bought an 1970 home and was so pleased with Josh Kneeland (Havac) and Josh Nelsen Ohrt (plumbing) with their through inspection and maintenance of the home. They spent the time to explain my system, it's condition, effective maintenance, and when and where to get what I need for filters ext. Very polite and helpful. Will definitely request and use them for all future needs.
Josh was very friendly and efficient! He took the time to explain the issue to me and showed me what to look for if we had the same issue. Would definitely have Josh out to service the unit again!
