The guys showed up and got right to work. The job took longer than they expected but had to vent the new furnace through a difficult area to avoid having vents go to my deck area. They noticed a dent in the new water heater before they installed and got a new unit right away. Guys were very friendly, gave clear instructions on setting up thermostat and filter change. It was a rainy day outside and they finished the ac install with no complaints. I'll continue to recommend Dalton.
Jack Michel was very personable, on time and detailed with his explanation of what he performed. Kevin Walsh came and performed furnace and fireplace maintenance. He likewise was very thorough.
