Jamon was amazing. He explained everything thoroughly. He did everything he could to solve the issues and made the proper calls to get what knowledge he didn't already have. He may be fairly new to his job but in my opinion he will do great in this field and I would like to have him as my technician next time I need HVAC service. Thank you.

We have never had bad service at Dalton! Every technician we've ever had has always been friendly & knowledgeable. We just had our air conditioning appointment with Dominic & he was amazing! Very personable & friendly & it speaks volumes for the type of employees Dalton hires! I recommend them to everyone.
We had Matt for electrical and Kyle for furnace. They checked everything thoroughly and made some great recommendations. Have never been disappointed in any of the service at Dalton.
Dalton PHC has provided top notch customer service. Their comfort care membership is well worth the price regardless of which tier you choose. Every technician that has been by the house has been personable and very knowledgeable.
In particular, Griffin. We are having issues with a guest bathroom and he has far exceeded my expectations, doing his best to offer solutions until they can get here tomorrow morning. He spent over 30 minutes on the phone tonight helping field my questions and talk over possibilities. I highly recommend Dalton PHC and if they happen to take requests, ask for Robert "Griffin" Joy.
