Great experience with this technician over the past couple months. He really dug into the issue instead of going for the easy and expensive solution. In the end, it was a warranty issue so saved us $250 or more. Very happy and thankful for such a diligent and caring person.

I'm fighting back tears right now because of how GOD has blessed us with the right people to help our family. It's more than just a business, this company filled with wonderful individuals are family to us as well. We actually adopted them as our own and respect them as they are.
