Very thorough
Great workmanship, value and customer service. It's easy to leave a 5 star review when everything goes right. Although mostly everything was smooth, I had one big complaint - the location of the vent pipes. I asked they come back and move the them. They gave me no hassle and fixed it within 2 days, at at no cost to me, including the siding repair. All with the most positive attitude and smile on their face. It's refreshing to work with an honest and customer focused company. With all the trades they provide (see their long name), I think I've found my go to for most future work I may need. 100% recommend Dalton.

After finding out the dryer vent located on our roof needed cleaning, and that many heating & cooling companies don't offer that service, I contacted Dalton. Not only was the phone receptionist very helpful and personable, so was the service technician, Justin Else. I would give them both ten stars if I could!
Justin listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and even took pictures to show me the condition of the vent since it was on the roof. When his tool wasn't able to clear the duct all the way down, Justin went up in the attic space above our garage and found the reason. The ductwork had become disconnected at one of the joints. He was able to repair that, as well as check the other connections while he was up there. I especially appreciate that Justin was willing and able to verbally communicate. Thanks again for a job well done!
We called for a leaking water heater. Within 1 hour Todd was at our house checking things over and installing a new one. Quick and efficient work. Todd was awesome! Would 100% use this company again
