Service techs were considerate and friendly. We noticed that Josh was training Landon and he did so in a very understanding and informational way. He allowed the trainee to learn , ask questions, and even make a slight error. Josh immediately helped with the issue acting like a true mentor. He was patient and caring about doing a great job.
