Brad was absolutely great to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure our system was working correctly. And he helped us identify a number of issues the previous owner had installed incorrectly.
Glad for the call before Chris arrived. He made some adjustments in my new furnace,AC and water heater. He answered all my questions about how the settings on the thermostat and set up my IPhone so I can get more accurate weather information and also check on house settings. He confirmed that the water heater setting was correct. He gave me the website so I can order filters online at Dalton website where I get a discount. Very helpful and happy to have all questions answered for now.
They worked very hard on the peirce that need replaced on my fire place. I appreciated because they where here for a bit. Thanks for all the hard work and effort.

The service technician, Brad, was very professional and answered my questions during his visit. When a plumbing issue was found, he reached out for assistance instead of ignoring the issue and leaving without telling me. I appreciated this greatly. Within an hour or so, a plumbing tech was at my home to handle the plumbing repair. He too, I found to be very professional.

The service man was polite and thorough. He explained everything he was going to do and answered any questions I had. He always wore protective coverings over his shoes when he was inside. I was called when they were on their way to my house so I knew when to expect him. Very pleased with the service!
