Very helpful. Peyton helped me and performed an excellent job. Visited my home and explained to me exactly what was wrong with my AC unit. Was perfectly fine with just performing a diagnostic and wasn't extremely pushy about selling anything else to me. Dalton's will get my business in the future!

Dalton does not disappoint. I have had 3 different technicians show up to work here and they all have been wonderful technicians to deal with.
Called Dalton PHCEF. My dryer vent needed cleaned, was taking too long to dry clothes. About an hour after calling Justin arrived. He had to try to figure out how he was going to safely get to my vent on the roof. Had to phone for a second ladder to be dropped off. I needed to leave for appointment while he was on roof. He finished job, locked up my home when he left. Thank you for being so trustworthy, friendly, hard working and professional.

Timely response, straight forward assessment of the problem and a fix. Obviously don't know now if the fix will hold long term but everything seems good
System was making noise thru return air vent. Tech adjusted fan speed to medium high and now the noise is gone. Great tech and service!
